They are designed to engage your core muscles, which leave you feeling more balanced, toned and not to mention flexible. Fitness balls are great for beginners as well as those who are more advanced, and we offer classes weekly for all levels!

Mondays at 4:30 with Wendi or Fridays at 12:00 with Ishbel
